Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee for non-defective units.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Pack the system in its original double-layered box with all included accessories and the original protective foam.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
